too much CR on stroker applications ...I am currently considering a stroker application.
the heads I pan to use have 60CC chambers so I assume I will need dished pistons with approximately -15CC to avoid too much compression...
Question: What adverse consequences would ocurr from using DEEP dished pistions? Does this cause pinging, bad swirl, crappy slow burn rates????

Re: too much CR on stroker applications You pretty much summed it up, worse quench which can lead to pinging and a slower burn rate.
What static CR are you looking for that you need that much dish? Have you thought of 6.0 liter heads?
