Valvetrain noise

There is no noise at idle but when the car is reved up a little bit there is a knock that sounds like to me a rocker hitting the valve cover. Any other ideas?

Ended up being a terrible exhaust leak since the shop used the cardboard pacesetter gaskets instead of OEM's. Its all better now. But was the worst exhaust leak i have ever heard in my life!
