Default what is this cam

i have 4 cams that are ls1 one of them has this ingraved on it HR-218-218-14 any idea what this cam is
as for the others can someone post a few pics of the front and back of stock ls1 cams i need to see what i have in my hands

Hey cool, you have four cams so you should mount two on each head and install 16 more valves, that will make your ls1 rock!!!

Sorry couldn't resist that one . . . I don't know about the numbers but just grab a digital mike from Harbor Frieght and measure them, then you will know what you have.

Oh I was also going to say, if you have access to a lathe and a dial indicator you can easily measure the duration and LSA.
