Any one know this shop in Cary IL. Hey guys I found a shop in Cary IL off RT 14 called Race & repair Performance off beloit st in Cary IL. They mainly specialize in import car like Dodge, Mitusubishi so forth. Any way i been corrosponding with the owner/mechanic e mail He quoted me $660.00 & few cents to replace the cylinder heads on my 2004 GTO. This incls felpro gasket, felpro bolts, & coolant. I think is is good deal but has anyone out there in the area used this shop & how are they ?
He also does porting & he quoted me $400 per cylinder head to port & polish the intake.exhaust,bowl blend. Is this a good deal ? I have no idea on prices for porting.
