whats the better cam

looking for a new cam and cant decide between the TR224, TSP224/224 xe,224R or the trickflow 220/224 or the 228/230 ive got a 2000 ta almost all bolt ons and a 6 speed car with 410s.

I just made 394rwhp and 384tq with XER 224/228 581/588 cam with the same mods you have

what kinda gas milage are ppl getting with the 228R i still drive the car 50 miles one way to work and need to get some good gas mileage, what kinda power are ppl putting down with the 228R and what kinda springs do you have to run with that cam also.
