Could i install a really strong Cam and keep my original heads on my Z. Anyone know what the effect will be. Is the install cheaper? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

You don't have to remove the heads to do the install anyways so a cam install price wouldn't change. Plenty of forum members have cam-only w/ bolt-on cars that do real well. I think the most popular cam grind for street cars are any of the 224/224 cams.
