i had a 230/227 on a 112 with stock heads with bolt ons and loved it man . so my vote would be the first one . good luck

how bout giving the full specs on the cams...not just duration.

lift and lsa make a big difference.

i'd go for the 228R

has been proven to make some sick cam only numbers and be very tame.

The lower the duration, the more bottom end you will have... I'd look into something like the TR224 which has proven itself time & again.

all those cams can be driveable. but out of those cams, i would say the 228/230 cam.
