Default can this engine run with a turbo setup ?

hey i have a 2006 silverado and i just blew my engine with my turbo its a 5.3L
and i have a MPT70 turbo and so i need a new eng. and i saw this eng for sale and im wondering if it will work with my truck and turbo at around 11psi check it out : let me know can i put some 6.0 heads for a lower compression?

Forged long block made 430rwhp with its heads and cam. It was run for about 2000 miles this season , Rings are set so it could run up to a 200hp shot of nitrous.

Fully machined LS1 block, line bored, decked, bored and honed
Machined stock LS1 crank
Diamond valve releifed pistons for about 12to1 depends on your head size
Lunati 6.125 rods
ARP main studs
GM timing chain

If he is quoting 12/1 you won't be able to drop the CR enough with a open chamber head like the 317 castings. You would still be around 11/1 which is high for a blown motor.
