pistons side by side

pistons side by side man i broke a valve spring not to long ago and now i have it where im going to get the car running so heads come off and wtf do i see on the driver side .... #1 and #3 are equal and the #5 and #7 are equal aswell!.... should i be concernd the valve dropped a bit but didnt come complete off some guy told me it should be ok but im not quite 100% about that answer plz help me!

it just left a mark or should i say scratch! i wish i knew the numbers of the pistons but i dont but ill do some research here...it some what similar to this pic down at the bottom!
