Whats Is this hose/line

Hey guys,

Found why my car was idling like crap. (see Picture) Massive vacuum leak!

Do any of you guys know the part number for that hose/tube fitting Or what its called at least.
(the short tube, about .5 inch OD about 2 - 2.5 inches long)

That's for the PCV valve. you can just replace tha section with a 3/8" fuel hose

Im not sure exactly what the hose is, but I you can replace it with a 3/8 hose from auto zone. I had to replace today.
