I put one from Bull Dog security on my daily driver Camry. Pretty decent setup and don't cost an arm and a leg.

I have the Viper system in my WS6. It had a remote that lets you know when your alarm is going off and will even let you know if someone has opened the door hood or trunk right on the remote. Two options are 1/4 mile range installed for $325 and the One Mile range installed for $425...at least those are the preices at my local dealer. Have had it in two cars for over two years and no problems. Highly reccomended.

I should mention that it may be hard to find a shop to do the install if you have a 6 speed trans as they are not supposed to be installed on manuals. Mine is a manual and just have to leave it in neutral all the time.

I got my Autopage installed by a friend at his stereo shop for $200 including parts & labor.

There are many choices out there I'm sure everyone will chime in with what they have

Honestly...if you feel comfortable enough to say...Pull and engine, a Command start is peanuts just get a good wiring schematic and soldier all your connections. Oh don't use those useless blue-piggy back things! All they're good for is an underdash fire as far as im concerned! haha Good luck to Ya!

I had the bulldog system too, got it from wal-mart so it cost about 30 bucks? but I had to buy a couple other harnesses for it so about 70 total? Anyways it worked fine but the damn thing wouldn't work except about 20 yards away from the car, it might just have been cuz I didn't extend my antenna anywhere, just kinda stretched it out under the knee panel. I tore it out when I swapped to manual and started installing it into my F-150 but lost the damn remote!!! so I haven't used it for a while. But with the car it even had a setup to read the little resistor in the key so it will work without disabling your VATS.
