The "Toolroom" springs are generally pretty good. What is the part number? Are they beehive springs? The Isky Toolroom beehive springs are PSI 1511's, which are good springs.

I run Isky 6105 chrome silicon springs on my SBC marine engine builds with great success. They are top of the line and I would not hesitate to use them. For ex... on the last one I did we ran 150lbs on the seat shimmed to .060" before coilbind. After 136 high rpm hours they had only dropped 1-2 psi per spring. These springs saw WOT rpms for 5-10 min periods straight during poker runs.
