Default 5.3 heads

i have a t-rex with stock (ported) 853's, would switching to a set of 5.3 hand ported heads help me any?... , would it up my compression much?

It will up the compression if your current heads aren't milled, but I can't say if they will give you any power or not. You will most likely have to flycut the pistons with a t-rex.

are the rocker arm stands the exact same as the ls1/6 heads?.. will i have to run a different pushrod or anythign like that'??....i have crane duals with the machines seats ect.

Yes you can reuse your rocker arm stands. With the stock gaksket thickness and unmilled heads you can use the stock length pushrods.

you're going to have to do some serious fly cutting with that cam, and 5.3 heads WILL up the compression to ~11:1. read about PRC's 5.3's on TSP's website....
