Good and stock springs don't go in the same sentence. I'm willing to bet nothing over .550" but thats just a guess. What cam are you planning on running and what are the specs?

.. well a friend is putting a 6.0l into a 98 surb-and some guy told him that they were good for .600(and to put an LS6 cam in it)
my suggestion was to change the springs-
he has a stock conv in the trans-what size cam would effect the conv?
