Default Rollers check

My engine is making a strange noise, probably from the valvetrain.
Is there a way to check the integrity of the rollers without removing the heads?
It's not a problem for me to remove the valvecovers, rockers, springs and pushrods, but I'd prefer to leave the heads alone...

Thanks

Stefano

Tici

I'm sure it's a translation issue but what do you mean by rollers? Lifters?

No real way to check them outside of removing the heads. Some people have ran seafoam through the car to see if a stuck lifter will get unstuck. Can you get some of that in Zurich?

I ordered a product that should "clean" the engine from the inside: you mix it to the oil, let it idle for a while and flush it.
