trashed bottom end???

trashed bottom end??? monday, car ran great...
tuesday morning, no oil pressure. no oil on ground. and sounds like it was eating itself up.
put a new pump in today... no pressure still, but pumping out off the filter.
thinking bottom is junk, anyone else thrash their stock engine?
