exhaust help!

exhaust help! i have flowmaster already but if i am just going to replace the muffler what should i put in there? and if i am going to replace everything cat back what should i get? also any good places for a high flow cat?

i know, but thats for the full exhaust kit...i need to know what to put in if im leaving the whole flowmaster setup but swapping the muffler...all i can really find are magnaflow and super 40's or cherry bombs...
