Default Valve Spring/PR/ Lifter question

OK guys, I'm looking to replace my valve springs, PR's and lifters... now I did not put the cam into my car so I do not have lift specs. However it is supposedly a Comp cam 234/236 on a 112 LSA. It has Patriot dual golds in it right now and I'm not sure if they are stock PR's or not. The previous owner could only tell me that they are stock length. I looked on comp's website and they don't sell a cam with these specs so I assume its a custom grind? What springs/PR's and lifters would you all suggest, ATM I only spin the car to about 6200 RPM. I'd appreciate any feedback/information.

Why are you replacing, is there an issue? Have to pull the heads to get at the lifters, are you doing heads?

Yeah I know i have to pull the heads, I just want to replace because I don't know if the previous owner upgraded the pushrods and such and I want to spin it a little higher, also it does have some valvetrain noise and yes I know thats typical with a cam, just trying to figure out if I can quiet it down a little bit. Also yes I'm thinking about picking up some 317 heads as I have 241's.

If you are able to take a couple of the springs off and send them to us, we will be glad to test and let you know what the spring pressures are. Also, keep in mind that we have great pricing on heads and any other parts you may need.

I appreciate that Gunnar, I'm just trying to figure out like if I need to run dual springs or if I can go to like a Comp 921 spring... I know I need a PR length tool to get an accurate measurement as I don't know any lift numbers on my cam. Thanks for the information guys.

921's are dual springs that cost alot!, I think you ment 918's, I would guess that cam has over a .550 vavle lift so I would still put duals springs on there, even if, you already have the retainers, and seats from PP I would just sent those in, if they say there weak order just the springs and not a whole spring kit. and for the push rods just pull a vavle cover off and take off a rocker arm and if they're comp push rods they'll say it on the side and say how long they are.

Ok I guess I will just stick with another set of dual springs and I didn't know that about the PR's. Thanks for the info Mike.
