ok well i just got my motor back from getting honed out, new bearings and well i went to pick up the motor and everything is taken apart and i need to know where the pickup tube goes??? if anyone can give me a bare block pic to look that it would really help out ... thnks in advance.

 

Once you bolt it to the oil pump, it pretty much just falls into place.

 

Put the short block together, then put the windage tray on. It will only go in one place.
