Default Doing the LS6 cam install, what will i need

I've decided to put an LS6 cam into my stock 98 LS1. Will I need tuning and new pushrods? Or anythign else for that matter? Also where is a good place to order LS6 springs?

On a 98 car, I'd look into replacing the timing chain, too. It's not too expensive and I'm sure you could use a new one. Will you need tuning? Probably not. Do you need new pushrods? If they are all straight then, no, but you may want to look into a set of hardened ones or at least a set of new stockers. You can get the springs at SDPC or GMPartsDirect. I'm sorry I don't have the part number. Are you using headers? If not, look into a set and then get it tuned. You'd be amazed at what turns up sometime with tuning.
