Default Lifter preload question

im using LS7 lifters with stock RR's, prc 2.5 5.3L heads, TV3 cam. Do i need to mess with measuring lifter preload or should i be fine.

You never mentioned anything about the pushrod size you are using. I would suggest you always check the preload when you make any changes to pushrod length, cam base circle, or cylinder heads.
