Machined 317 heads do I need diff pushrods?

Machined 317 heads do I need diff pushrods? Machine shop just called and he's going to have to resurface the deck on some used 317 heads I had ported. I already have 7.450 pushrods to go with the 02 z06 cam. Anyone have experience with this? I know my compression was going to drop about .5 but with say .007 cut off how much would this change that by.

the 02 zo6 cam has the smaller base circle, stock z06's used longer valves, I was told to run the 7.450 with the stock 241's i am currently running.
