Talking Is this cam good for my setup?

I am going to order the tr "Split Pattern" - 230/236 .592/.602 112 LSA I have LT ORY magnaflow CAI P&P TB and 3200stall. Will this be good for my setup or will my stock heads be able to handle this much lift? And while doing the swap what do you use to compress the springs and is there another way to take off the pulley other than using that 3 arm pully puller. thanks just want to clear up things before I start this job.
