5.3L head question

5.3L head question Tech whats the biggest cam i can run. I wanted to run a g5x3 but know i would have clearnce issues. I dont want to flycut the pistons since i dont trust myself doing it. What about a tr230 how would clearance be with that set up. I would mill the heads .010, and stage 2 port job basically
There are a lot of people runnnig the MS3 with those heads. You just have to tell TSP that you are going to run that cam with those heads so they can recess the valves into the heads a little more.
