Default help!!! motor started knockin after race

i have a 98 camaro z28 A4 and i was racin on the interstate and i went from second to drive and reved it out and shortly after i heard a loud ticking i pulled over and it sounds like its comin from right under the fuel rail on the passanger side about mid way back. the car doesnt feel like its missing or anything but the oil pressure seems low about 20psi or so at idle, but after accelarating it moves slowly up, no codes or sensors are being triggered. we are thinking it might be a dry lifter or something like that. please help!!!

thanks

Today I just drove my 99 vette. for the first time Since My similar story..

Racing hard on the interstate, soon after I had a knock.

Turned out to be a rod knock. 2 months later Im back... I had 20ish psi at idle with the knock. I hope this isnt your situation but these early LS1's are known for spining rod bearings.

I upgraded the bolts to ARP 2000 bolts.
