Default Spun a bearing this morning

Well it happened to my ol 98 this morning. Spun a bearing on my way to work. Was just cruising along and holy hell what a racket it started making. Now I'm just trying to figure out what route I should go. Don't have a ton to spend, but I would like to add a lil something to it

Who has good prices on complete stroker kits? Such as an eagle or similar brand?

What C.I. and compression ratio are you looking for? Do you plan to use the stock 66cc head?

Turns out it wasn't a bearing after all. Ended up being a lifter on the pass. side going down. Roller broke and also mushroomed a lil bit. Took the cam out with it.

Got it back together this past weekend. LS2 heads, Texas Speed 224-228, 581-588 on 114. Waiting on an intake and then its off to the dyno for a new tune and then to the track and see what kind of improvement there is. All I know is that this cam doesn't sound as healthy as what came out. I was told it had a TR220-220, 551-551 on 114 in it. But who knows.

Yea, a lifter/cam noise is different from a bearing, ive had both. Not on this car but others. At least its a reletivly inexpensive fix

Car itself has 139k. I'm sure they were very hard miles also. Hell I haven't been easy on it.
