What kind of hp/tq could i expect from an ARE 409 long block; iron block series, with a medium size cam,(cam size being relative to th ci), stage 2 heads?

I am not 100% sure put I am doing a 408 on my caar and am shooting for 450rwhp/480rwtq. I have seen the 422/427s put down 500rwhp but I didnt catch the torque should be up there as well since the bigger stroke.

then there was a 389 that put down 440rwhp, 455rwtq
and then with a 100 shot 560 rwhp 707 rwtq (100shot, 1/25/03)
