Default ? about solid roller

Well i have a 382 stroker motor. I have a hydo roller cam right now.(TR 230 cam) I want a solid roler in it. I want to know the best cam for this set up.

382 stroker
Stage 3 CNC heads
Kooks 1 7/8 steped to 2 in headers with 3in true duals
Wieland intake ported to match heads and BBK throtle body
TSP lid and a holley filter

This is going to be mainly a track car with some street driving

Help me out on the list of stuff also?????

Cam
lifters
pushrods
heads worked over for push rods and new springs
rocker arms
valve cover spacers. (Where to get these cheap as possible)
What kind of price am i looking at here. I have heard that it is about a 2000$ change over.
NEED HELP FROM SOME USERS HERE
Thx
c.j.

Cam-Is going to run you in the 400 range.
Lifters-Not sure?
Pushrods-80 buxs or so
Rocker Arms-800-1200 depending on what Manufacter.
Spacers-Thunder or ARE Valve Covers. Not sure on that.I think their trying to get a GP on the ARE Valve Covers.
Now you going to need new springs and machine work,Not sure on that price. I don't think you can get there under 2K?
