About to order a cam, couple quick questions

About to order a cam, couple quick questions The time has finally come. Going to send over my stuff to Patrick G so he can get me a cam spec'd.
1. Is a new oil pump absolutely necessary? My car is a late build 01 with 48k miles.
2. Car is full bolt on minus pulley so I figured i'd do the pulley since i'm already there. Which one do you reccommend?

1: Is it necessary? No! Is it recommended? Yes! Is simply insurence. Order a ported ls6 from SDPC. I did, and my oil pressure is at 65PSI at operating temp. @ idle.
2: ARP makes a decent pulley. I have one on my car, w/ no problems.
