Default difference in stage 1 vs stage 2 on Weber Engines?

I e-mailed them about 2 weeks ago and I also did a search with no luck.

what is the difference between the stage 1 and stage 2 347 they offer? I also looked at the 402 stage 1 and stage 2 with no luck of finding an answer.

any info?
