Did a heads/cam install, drove the car for a few days and the car was fine. Then all of a sudden I had a knocking sound. This sound did not progressivly get louder, it was always the same.

Car is obviously making a VERY LOUD knocking noise. Hooked up the tech 2, getting alot of misfires, especially in cylinder 5. Now, I have a MIL for misfire. Not a suprise. Nothing from the knock sensors. It almost sounds like a valve is hitting a piston, but I have pulled the valve covers off numerous times and see no evidence of a dropped valve. On top of that, it just started doing it. It wasn't like that right after I got the car running. I need to get some final answers. If you can help, please dont hesitate to respond.
