Do I need to flycut the pistons with this setup??

Default Do I need to flycut the pistons with this setup??

Has anyone needed to flycut with the following setup?
Cam- 233/233 .595 .595 112+2
Heads- Dart 205cc with Dart valves
Head Gasket- .040

not too familiar w/ darts but that isn't too big of a cam. I know some people on here have the AFR 205 (i know totally different head) w/ Torquer 2 232/234 595/598 and they're clearing on cometic .040 so I think you will. But I'd get out the clay and check anyways just for good measure

never used that combo but the only way to find out is either have a machine shop check ur clearances and flycut accordingly or clay it urself. only way to really know unless u talk to the cam designers and see how much has been taken off ur heads in relation to the stock deck height.

I clayed it yesterday and looks good. About .100 on exhaust and .080+ on intake.
