Question about 5.3 heads?

Would I loss or gain power buy removing my factory ls1 heads and installing a set of factory 5.3 truck heads? I have a 98 Z28 with a Vig 3200, Macs&ORP, 3" catback, and a lid. Everything else is stock. Are the Valve sizes the same? What about intake and exaust runners, and compression?

the truck intake valves r only 1.84, so u need 2.00 or 2.02 valves... the compression will be raised about a half a point... TEA makes some nice truck heads at a decent price...

Might pick up a little at low rpm but overall I think you'd loose a good bit of area under the curve and loose peak hp too.
