Default Is this right ???

Just put headers and a cam in my car no cats and a loudmouth exaust it is smoking when you start it and smokes a little when it is idleing no tuning has been done to the car it is a 2000 with 23,000 miles is this normal?

From what I have seen of my friends' cam and ORP cars, a little bit of smoke is normal.

How long since the install? It might just be the fluids and grease from your hands burning off the engine stuff, in which case, it will eventually go away.

The smoke might be because the car is rich, since it hasn't been tuned.
