I have a 02 camaro and was wondering the typical gains ported ls6 heads give. My mods are LT's, ORY, CAI, ported TB, Tourquer v2 cam 232/234 595/598 112LSA, and a yank ss3600. I'm bout to go get a tune and was thinking bout getting some heads before to save some money.

 

same mods as me. I have stock LS6 heads and put down 402 to the wheels. I'd like to see what your ported 243's can do.

 

Generally it should gain, now every motor is different and every head porter is different, some have gained well while other have gained squat. You will have to roll the dice.

 

I'd really like to gfet 20-25 hp from them if that is possible if not, should I do some afr 205's or Twisted wedge?
