BIG QUESTION????
Ok I had to cut .100-.150 intake valve reliefs into my stock pistons in order to run the cam I'm running now. Will these pistons hold up to spraying a 100-150 shot of nitrous??

There's no garantee with any piston at all, but
I doubt you will have any problem if the sharp edges are gone. It's usually an issue of detonation damage (cracking, melting, etc.) and not directly related to crown thickness anyway.
In other words the piston strength should be fine as long as you don't detonate.
With detonation even very high dollor pistons will die.
