I have a heavy 2006 GTO w/a 3000 Stall

I went with a XE lobe from Comp
224-228 535-538 112+2

Its gonna make lots of tq and idle with just a hint of lope
I am using 04+ LS6 springs with this cam and 7.40 pushrods too..
