Default I'm going for max efficiency

I've decided that the route I want to go with my 'bird is gonna be trying to make the motor as efficient as possible...
can you guys give me some tips as far as air work goes?
I mean, what kinda cfm is the stock TA LS1 capable of?
Supposing that I want to go NA, what kind of CFM could that same motor flow with all airwork done? (heads, cam, manifold, etc..)
also, I wanna stay with GM parts for heads so which heads would you guys recommend if I wanted to stay NA but MAYBE go forced induction later on?
Thanks in advance guys

why not? I mean, if it makes alot of power NA shouldn't the FI really open it up? I mean, the airflow will already be there so I just thought forcing more air through would unleash the beast. Well take that factor out anyway, my bird is gonna be bottle fed I think

Allout NA will need high compression and FI will need low compression. But nitrous likes high compression.

FI also likes a different cam than NA does. An LSA like 110-112 would be could NA whereas 114-116 would be better for FI.
