Default 6.0 oil pan

im building 408 , will the truck oil pan fit in my camaro or do i need a camaro pan and is there any other little differences that you can think of that will help me out on this swap.thanks jason

Not a direct answer...


But I re-used my T/A pan on my LQ9 402.
Had to space the windage tray down a little bit for it to clear.

The Truck pan sump is way to deep, would hang below the K-Member.. suggest you pick up the F-Body pan, pickup and windage.

What year Camaro are you putting it in..

The pan hung 3" Below my k-member in my '89 iroc, so yes. you definately need to change it out. Sheldon
