Default Cam Suggestion

Alright new motor is going in the car. Im trying to decide to keep the cam I have or go bigger. Here is the long of the short of it.

Completely Forged 347 (11.5:1)
-2cc flat top Mahle piston
Patriot Stage 2.5 (2.02/1.6) Milled .030, .650 lift springs (can be changed if I need to go bigger)
LS6 intake
Jet Hot LTs
True Duals
4:11 geared
blah, blah, blah, blah.

Current cam is a 232/234 595/598 on a 112

Will have a direct port by next summer, but I'm going to run single nozzle this summer.

So, go bigger? If so what suggestions do you have.
Or should I stay with it?

Thanks!

IMO, the cam you have know should work great with that combo.

We just got our car running right and it ran 140 mph on motor and we can't even spray it because we're already at 8,400 rpm through the lights with an auto, which is our shift point.

My suggestion, run it as is, then spray it and see what mph/rpm you're turning. If you are running out of rpm go with a taller tire 1st, if you're way off then think about a bigger cam.

The cam you have should work well on the nitrous. If you plan to go over 200-250 shot I would consider more exhaust duration and a 114 lobe.

what are you goals with this engine? what trans/gear setup? i would say go bigger if you're looking for a track-oriented car. if you want something enjoyable on the street and ok at the track - stick with what you've got.
