Which cam??

i am wanting to put a cam in my 98' z28 and im not really knowledgable about which kind to get... i dont really want an agressive cam ... i just want a mild cam.. just wondered what you guys thought and depending on which one about how much horse power will i be adding? thanks.

this question is asked a lot. I would say you're more than likely going to get the answer TR224. Its a proven cam with nice power gains. Also a great DD cam.

When the time comes around, I'm going to be going with something similar in spec (maybe a little larger) than the 224
