Default How many miles?

Im just wondering how many miles should a 2000 fbody have and how many are too much? Mine has 41k and I bought it in 12/02 with 36500 miles. So do u guys think Im putting too many on it considering i dont have a year with it yet? I should add that it was rebuild with entirely new internals like pistons and rods and the rest, except crank. The rest of the stuff was original like the intake. The heads were completely redone with new valves and its components. So i have 1k miles on rebuild engine. So what do u guys think?

I have always heard the "standard" mileage per year is considered to be 12,000...by my math, you've put about 4500 miles on it...that's seems perfectly fine...IMHO.

Don't worry about the miles...just drive it and enjoy...it will be 30+ years before these cars appreciate if they ever do.
