We just put an MS3 Cam in my buddies 98Z with 154K on it also chromoly pushrods, LS7 Lifters and comp springs. Car has always had full synthetic maintnance and great oil pressure so he didnt even bother chainging the oil pump. got about 500 miles on it and about 6 1/4 races so far, no problems! Its the bottom end you have to worry about with higher miles and the higher RPM's.
