Alright MY problem was solved. O-ring was replaced and pickup tube bent back a little bit and now I'm running around 50 psi at idle and 60 when accelerating, hot or cold Time for a tune!

See if that helps the rest of you guys that had the same problem

I will be doing a new O-ring soon- wonder why nobody mantioned it before I went in- seems like cheap insurance, when you are already there any way- $5 part- especially on a 7-year-old car with 100 k miles...? Hope that fxes it, I will let you know-

Well, took out the old O-ring- it was stiff and sort of deformed- guess the age and heat made it loose all resiliency- All better now, but I wish someone had told me that the $5 part should be changed while I was already there- someone should sticky a comment wherever there are instructions about replacing the oil pump wish I knew this info beforehand-
