Default which 383 Stroker Kit for my set up?

I recently purchased the Stage 1 LS6 heads and MS4 Cam from Texas Speed and I was in the market for some low end strength. I was planning on doing a 200 shot ( 2 stage) and I wanted something that could handle between 700-800hp. Also, something that won't destroy my wallet. Any Ideas that could lead me in the right direction.

I'm doing one right now, using Eagle forged crank, Eagle Forged H-Beam Rods and Manley 2018 Forged Pistons. about 2200 for those parts there I believe it was.

I don't want to be cheap, but is there anything less expensive? Any used kits?

I think I want to stay N/A....but I don't want to bend any valves. I'm confused on this matching process. Would I want the same final lift and compression as stock?
