Default Reading the spark plugs...HELP

Well i did a compression check on all my cylinders and they all marked 120-125 on the guage and this is on a low compression 370ci. forged with -16cc pistons and rings file fit at top.022 and second at .024 and the engine has 120 miles on it. Ive been having sum problems its been back fireing bad and then it gose into reduce engine power mode when i hit the gas hard so what do you all think it is...btw this is in a 2006 turbocharged silverado and all the spark plugs were like this half black and the other half white burned...could it be just the tune i have on my truck>???
