VRX5 Cam...thoughts?

So I have decided to pass on heads for now with my TR224 and just swap the cam out for something bigger. I have heard a few good things about the VRX5 cam (236/238 .601/.605 113 LSA), but can't seem to find a whole lot of info on it, nor videos. I have a 2001 SS full bolt ons, M6, stock 3.42's and I put down 370/361 on a mustang dyno with the TR224 and I am just looking for a bit more power and choppier idle. I am just looking for opinions on this cam, from anyone who either has one, or knows something about them. Is it a good cam to go with? What kind of power does it make cam only? I'm looking to maintain a decent amount of torque, which I know isn't that easy with a big cam, but most importantly just want to have some pretty aggressive mid range and top end power. Supposedly this cam has one of the nastiest idles, but there aren't but maybe 2 videos online that show it. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
