cam rocker and spring ?

cam rocker and spring ? anyone running a 220/220 cam , wat wat size springs and pushrods and rockers would be good to run with that size cam.... and how bad of gas milage will i lose also i know i will lose some but would like to know how bad or not all that bad... and its going to be in a 5.3
We've done several camshafts in that size range in 5.3l engines. You need to be really careful, you'll defiantely need some extra stall to get away with a camshaft that large. We sell a lot of the 216/220 camshafts for customers trying to keep more low end power in the 5.3l engine. You might also consider something custom cut off our lobe selection section of the site.
