If memory serves the stock pushrod length is 7.385. Whatever you mill off the deck you need to subtract from the pushrod length. If you have an aftermarket cam you'll need to then make it longer for the smaller base circle. Milling them .030 puts you right around 10.8 compression with a ~62cc chamber.

Cam someone compare the following two cams?

1) Comp XE 224/228 568/571 112LSA 110ICL
IVO:-2, IVC:46, EVO:45, EVC: 3
Total advertised duration: 277/281

2) Comp XE-R 230/226 591/57x 111LSA 111ICL
IVO:4, IVC: 46, EVO: 44, EVC: 2
Total advertised duration: ~279/275
