Default How much to mill a 243?

How much do I need to mill a stock 243 head for it to have a 58cc chamber? My 408 has -10cc pistions and I need a 58cc head with a .040 gasket to get 11.7 CR.

I think the rule of thumb is .006" per cc. So if they are 65cc stock, then mill them .042".
